We’ll be at in the Kitchen for a full week of Malay-inspired street food, dishing up bold flavours with a proper London twist. It’s all about mystery and surprises! 

Think the fragrant hit of bunga kantan (ginger torch) that’ll have you daydreaming of far-off places, jantung pisang (banana blossom) crunching its way to top-tier texture, and smoky belachan pulling it all together like a proper don – unapologetically Melayu, no messing about.

And guess what? The Duda Sloppy Burger is back, mate! Inspired by the iconic Ramly Burger – Malaysia’s late-night street food king – this one’s juicy, messy, egg-wrapped chaos in the best way. One bite, and you’re back on a sweaty street corner with your crew, smashing burgers at stupid o’clock.
